Atested respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material hosted on atested.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitting a takedown notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on atested.com that you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit takedown notices through the contact form. Mark the inquiry as a DMCA notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the contact form. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, consistent with applicable law.
