This policy describes what information Atested collects, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you visit atested.com, we collect standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited, timestamps). We use these for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell or share this data.

We also run a first-party analytics script on atested.com that collects page views, page durations, referral sources, outbound link clicks, screen width, and returning-visitor status. This data is associated with a first-party cookie (visitor ID) and a session identifier. It is sent to our own endpoint on Cloudflare infrastructure. No data is sent to third-party analytics providers.

atested.com loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser makes requests to Google's servers to load these fonts. Google's privacy policy governs their handling of those requests.

When you contact us through the contact form, we collect the information you provide in the form (name, email, message content, and any attachments). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and improve our understanding of what users need.

The Atested product itself runs on your infrastructure. Product telemetry is on by default so we can support version health, account health, and tier-calibrated service, and the operator can opt out. Telemetry is summary-only and does not include chain content, raw interaction events, file paths, user identities, organization names, or session event order.

We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling tools on atested.com.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate and improve Atested, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate product updates to users who have opted in.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers. We do not build profiles for marketing purposes.

Who can see your information

Atested is a small team. Information you send us through the contact form is accessible only to the people who need to respond to your inquiry. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the business (email hosting, payment processing, cloud infrastructure), subject to their own privacy commitments.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atested, our users, or others.

Your choices

You can use Atested's open source core without providing us any information. You can browse atested.com without creating an account.

If you have contacted us and want your information removed, send a request through the contact form and we will process it within 30 days.

For residents of jurisdictions with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you have additional rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Submit requests through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The update date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
