Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AIEngageTech, LLC, doing business as Atested, handles information on atested.com and through Atested services.

Website use

The website does not run visitor analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers, or a newsletter signup. It does not set an analytics cookie or session identifier. Cloudflare serves the website and may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. The site uses system fonts and does not make third-party font requests.

Contact inquiries

If you submit the contact form, Cloudflare applies an approximate per-source-IP rate limit and the Worker sends your name, email address, optional organization, and message to our configured business inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. The contact form does not subscribe you to updates. We do not log or retain the form body in a website database. Copies may remain in the business email inbox and its normal mail backups so we can respond and maintain business records. Cloudflare processes the connection and message to provide these services.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, license keys, or other secrets through the form. We use an inquiry to reply to you, not to enroll you in marketing communications.

Product telemetry and security notices

Atested does not send product usage telemetry to Atested. The former telemetry and website analytics collection endpoints have been retired; new requests receive a retirement response without the request body being read. Existing records from before retirement have not been deleted as part of this change and remain subject to the storage and retention controls already in place while the production inventory is reviewed.

An installation may separately check for a signed critical security or license notice when that feature is enabled. Such a request can include a license identifier, pseudonymous installation and machine hashes, software version, request nonce, and signing-key information needed to authenticate the installation and protect against replay. It does not include prompts, model responses, the governance chain, file paths, or tool arguments. This security channel is not usage telemetry or marketing.

Existing license and payment records

Atested retains legacy licensing and Stripe integrations for customers with existing licenses or subscriptions. Those integrations may process license, customer, subscription, billing-event, or account-recovery information needed to support those existing arrangements. They are not linked from the current website as a new self-service signup or checkout flow. Historical records are not deleted by retiring public signup and analytics interfaces; contact us for a privacy request.

How we use and share information

We use contact information to respond to the inquiry and use account, license, and billing information to support existing customer arrangements. Cloudflare provides website hosting, Worker infrastructure, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information, operate advertising trackers, or send marketing emails.

We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atested, our users, or others.

Your choices

You may use Atested for personal noncommercial purposes permitted by the Business Source License Additional Use Grant without creating a website account or registering a license. You may browse the site without signing up. You can request access to or deletion of contact information by contacting us; requests involving records subject to existing customer or legal obligations may require retention.
