These terms govern your use of the Atested product and the atested.com website. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Atested is provided as-is. We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any specific use case. Atested is a governance product, but it is not a substitute for sound engineering judgment, legal advice, or compliance certification. If your use of Atested has legal or regulatory implications, consult appropriate professionals.
You may use Atested for lawful purposes consistent with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Atested to create fraudulent records, manipulate audit trails, misrepresent what an AI agent did, or for any purpose that would itself violate law or a third party's rights.
Atested's open source core is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1, converting to Apache 2.0 on March 30, 2030. The full license text is available in the project repository.
Paid tiers are governed by a separate subscription agreement entered into at purchase. These terms of service apply in addition to, and do not replace, any subscription agreement.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Atested beyond the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Atested after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the update date at the top of this page.
If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
