License model
Describe the BSL or other commercial licensing model here, including evaluation rights, paid tiers, source-available restrictions, and the relationship between trial use and paid use.
Use restrictions
Describe what customers may and may not do with the software, hosted deployment, source access, issued license keys, redistribution, and internal organizational use.
No warranty
State that the software is provided under the applicable license terms without warranty except where expressly required by law or agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Define limitation of liability, exclusion of consequential damages, and any caps or carve-outs your legal terms require.
Operational responsibility
Atested evaluates actions against logical, verifiable conditions. It does not guarantee that the conditions themselves are correct for every use case. The governance logic reflects sound operational judgment, but you are responsible for configuring scope and constraints appropriate to your environment.
Atested governs actions routed through it, but cannot guarantee universal control over third-party client tools or native actions outside the governed surface.
Commercial terms
Document subscription terms, renewal terms, nonprofit discounts, enterprise custom terms, refund treatment if any, and contact details for billing or contractual issues.
